Hi, I’m Jen!
Would you describe your dog or puppy as…
Super high energy
Sensitive, nervous, or fearful
Reactive or aggressive
Then, you’re in the right place!
As a certified dog trainer, I offer private lessons and day training designed to help you and your dog build practical skills and strengthen your bond through positive reinforcement. Whether you’re working on manners, reactivity, or confidence-building, I tailor each session to your dog’s unique needs and your household’s goals. My training methods are rewards-based, and focused on creating lasting behavior change in a compassionate, effective way.
I also bring these same techniques to my dog walking and Smart Staycation pet sitting services (coming September 2025), offering enriching visits that go far beyond basic care. Each visit can include personalized training games, behavior support, or simply thoughtful companionship to help your dog thrive.
New Service Area in 2025:
Sussex County, DE
Milford, Milton, Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, and surrounding areas
Not in the area? Don’t worry! We can work together completely virtually.
How does it work?
Step One: Discovery Call
A complimentary 20-minute call where I’ll learn the basics about your pet and provide a quick overview of which services may be the best fit.
Step Two: Select Your Program
Jump into a Virtual Consult for our training services or a Meet N’ Greet for Standard Dog Walking and Pet Sitting. We’ll finalize the details for your selected program.
Step Three: See Results
Enhance your dog’s skills and confidence through training, enjoy a calm and content pup after a fulfilling walk, or come home to a happy dog who’s been learning while you’re away. Every service is thoughtfully designed to help your dog thrive!
“We enjoyed working with Jen on training Obi - who is a highly reactive and nervous Beagle. She started with fundamentals and gradually increased his skill to maintain his nerves during tense situations. She equipped us with various tools that can help us manage Obi to make dog walking less stressful. Her in-depth training instructions during the training process and post have been very helpful.”
